We are delighted to share with you that, this Saturday 5th of December 2020, RADIANT has been awarded by the East African Youth Development Agency for being a made in Rwanda Insurance Company to exceed customers’ expectations in 2020.
The East African Youth Development Agency (EAYDA) is an organization committed to “transforming young people in East Africa into agents of positive change and into responsible citizens” according to their own terms. Every year, they organize an award ceremony to reward east African companies for their efforts in contributing to the economic development of East African countries, the “Service Excellence Award” ceremony.
At this year’s award ceremony, we have been awarded for the quality of our customer service, exceeding our client’s expectations in terms of service quality. We make no secret of the fact that we are very pleased to receive this award, as we work hard every day to provide the best possible services to our customers.
