Motor Insurance Cover

1 – LIABILITY (RC) or THIRD PARTY INSURANCE (required)

RADIANT supports repair costs or the amount of compensation relating to damages you may cause to others due to the use of your vehicle or your vehicle. Warranty is granted to any driver permit holder adequate except for garages and sales professionals or control of the vehicle during service drive.
2 – DAMAGE TO VEHICLE INSURED

RADIANT shall bear the cost of repairing damage to your vehicle after an accident, you are wrong or not subject to deduction of the agreed deductible ( amount to be paid by the insured ) if the latter has not been redeemed.
3 – FIRE VEHICLE INSURED

RADIANT repair the damage to your vehicle due to fire, lightning strike, explosion or combustion instantaneous.
4 – BREACH OF ICE

RADIANT guarantees the replacement of broken glass (consecutive or not an accident) including supplies and necessary expenses related thereto. By ice means the windshield, rear window and side windows. Headlights, mirrors and turn signals are not included.
5 – FLYING WITH GARAGE OR GUARDIAN

RADIANT pay , the insured , compensation up to the value of the vehicle just before the flight ( market value) upon deduction of the agreed deductible ( amount to be paid by the insured ) if it was not bought .. The home is considered a garage as long as the gate is closed.
6 – STEERING , ARMED ATTACKS HAND ,
RADIANT supports damage resulting from assaults, robberies , robberies and armed attacks upon deduction of the agreed deductible ( amount to be paid by the insured ) if it has not been redeemed .. This warranty includes theft in office garage or guardian.

7 – ROAD SAFETY OF PERSONS TRANSPORTED

the driver at the time of the accident, the owner of the vehicle and the officers and employees of the insured during their service are not compensated under the liability coverage because they are not considered third parties. With Insurance ROAD SAFETY OF PERSONS TRANSPORTED, RADIANT cover these people with fixed capital, agreed in advance (capital Medical Expenses , Death and Disability) .

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT

I. For any loss (or injury)
1. Accident Report
Always ask an accident report prepared by the police (Minutes )

2 . Reporting the accident at RADIANT
All accidents must be reported immediately at RADIANT.

Who should make the declaration?
The declaration must be made by the person who was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident. In case of unavailability of the driver, an accident report form must be completed by the civil liability, i.e. the owner of the vehicle and transmitted to RADIANT .

Which make the declaration?
The declaration must be made in principle instead of taking out an auto insurance policy. However, it can also be made from a Agency RADIANT, the client broker or seat RADIANT.
Disaster occurred outside RWANDA (COMESA area in particular); an accident report must be made to the National Bureau of COMESA Map of the country where the accident occurred that will handle the incident in the best interests of RADIANT and his client.

• A photocopy of the insurance vignette,
• the license of the driver at the time of the accident.

• P.V. finding of Police

– Birth certificate and certificate of complete identity + copy of the identity card;
– Bulletin or payroll statements salary + services tax or Social Security Fund ;
– Parts justifiants medical expenses.
DEATH
– Minutes of observation of the accident made by the police;
– Death certificate issued by a doctor approved by the State;
– Certificate of Death issued by the local authorities;
– Certificates of births , complete identity , copies of the identity of the victim and assigns cards;
– Certificates of life assigns ;
– Certificate of marriage of the surviving spouse
– Certificate of marriage of the parents of the victim;
– Bulletin or payroll statements salary + services tax or Social Security Fund ;
– Parts justifiants medical expenses.
